Hi! If it hasn't loaded yet, try reclaiming on the store! Under the "Claim and Redeem" (near the bottom) section of the shop, click "Reclaim Package." Then click reclaim VIP & then Factions. If you need images of where to go, I can't get them right now but should be able to later!
