Ok so this sounds kind of stupid, but ever since the new ranks, I didn't get my prefix back, I've tried endlessly to contact dacon, or anyone in that matter, nothing.
Now the question is, am I going to get a refund for it or can I have it back?
BTW I had it on Creative.

I forgot this was still a thing, sorry for the late reply.

It was "Cheesy" with Gold Brackets.
the prefix of the custom rank with the color codes are &1Ch&9ee&3sy

again, sorry for the late response.
