Violating ToS includes any actions that are against ManaCube ToS [https://manacube.com/tos/].
Charging back on the server will get you Banned from the Network and from Tebex Stores .
It is a permanent Ban and will require players to make a ban appeal and have an admin deal with the issue.
We do not advise such actions and encourage players to make sure that when they make a purchase on the network they do so with 100% surety that its what they want before paying for it. All transactions are final as stated in the TOS and the Payment screen on the Webstore.
