Sleeping in beds at any time of the day.

Hey guys i want to point out that some servers have their sun going up and down... that gives the players to sleep....
My idea is that you can sleep at any time of day... i would also boom up the RPs and Hotels...
it can be toggled by the owner of their plots...
if this isn't possible then i won't care because it is just a suggestion
