Stuck in portal - Help needed!

Hello,

on the survival server me and my buddy got stuck in a portal.
after we teleported to the nether we got stuck because somebody claimed the area and completely blocked both ways of the portal.
Now we can't move/teleport away anymore and we also cannot type anymore.
Because of this we are unable to warp away.

My ingame username: imotakan
My buddy username: Elys
claimed area we are stuck in: shakala

Please any mod/admin help us out of there!

Hey,

I have unblocked the portal for you. When you next come online, you will be able to escape.
In future if a similar issue occurs, look out for staff in-game with ./staff and report through ./helpop. You are most likely to be reached quicker that way.

I wanted to look for a staff member but I was unable to type, that is why I posted on the forum.

Yeah I understand, however, you would have been able to force quit Minecraft and then log on to main hub.
