Hi, so what you posted is an issue. Staff does know about this. If you didn't receive your reward, it is highly recommended that you make a support ticket here. Once you do that a staff member will help you. I am sorry that this happened to you however if you provide evidence of you beating the Zulrah then you will receive your reward when your ticket is taken. Again apologies for the inconvenience.
