staff don't publicly disclose evidence in a lot of situations.
for example:
me https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=pooskinjrmain my ban says i was using a mod from 1.12 without any evidence of me using it.
https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=fearmypower9#mutes staff disrespect without saying what the actual disrespect was.
https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=purpleunikorns no mentioning what the Disrespect/Harassment was
https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=5ouls no mentioning the real reason he was banned(because it hurts mana's image)
https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=nathanpls no mentioning the real reason he was banned(again because it hurts mana's image)
https://bans.manacube.com/user?user=kevgott no mentioning what he actually did.
This forces players to just trust mods' words. This creates a system where you're guilty until proven innocent. And given that mods have been shown to make mistakes and also to abuse their powers in some cases its not too outlandish for players to want a minimum of evidence.
